Vegan Pancakes on an Icy Day!

Sometimes the universe conspires to make a certain special someone do a certain special something.

Today that someone was me and that special something was pancakes. 

8am class cancellation, Fat Tuesday, International Pancake day.... 

I really didn't have much of a choice in my morning activities. 

This morning my destiny was pancakes.
